1. Brief introduction
SD single pulse bag filter can be used as dust collection and air purification treatments for crushing and packaging cement and mill work settings. If used for collection of pulverized coal and other flammable dust, it is necessary to provide extra flame-explosion-proof facilities and to change some structures correspondingly. This series dust filters are applied not only for the cement industry but also for the metallurgical, chemical, machinery and civilian boilers. The filter bags material is usually made of the polyester material to allow a continuous use at temperature of less than 120 . If temperature increases, an alternative filtering material should be replaced. The exhausted gas should be cooled down before it is sucked into the dust filter device.
SD single pulse bag filter can installed outdoor. There are eight specifications based on numbers of bags needed. The diameter of the bags is 130 mm, the length is 2000 mm.
SD single pulse bag filter can operate on either negative or positive pressure, and there is no any change for the structure of its body. The dust collecting efficiency could be up to 99.9%, and dust concentration of purified gas is less than 100 mg/m3(standard). When used at the temperature ≤ -25 of outdoor in the cold areas, it needs for additional heating device and the shell of dust filter needs also additional insulation layer.
2. Structure and working principle
SD single pulse bag Filter is composed of the shell, ash bucket, ash exiting devices, bracket and pulse cleaning system. The dust sucked into the dust filter firstly hits the blocking plate at the end of the air inlet, and then the dust particle falls in the dust hopper directly as the inertia of dust plays the role of pre-filter. The gas flow in the dust hopper then goes up and passes through the filter bag equipped with internal skeleton. The dust is caught on outer surface of the filter bag and the cleaned air enters the clean room of the top of the bag, and then is exhausted from the air outlet. Indoor dust filtering bags are divided into several platoons, dust cleaning of each row is conducted in turn within a given time interval. When the pulse valve is opened, a high-pressure air is injected into bags immediately to remove dust on the surface of bag. The pulse jet width and cleaning cycle of each row of bags is controlled automatically and continuously by the specialized cleaning process controller.
